“ First experience at Cooper's Hawk and am looking forward to going again! Went with a group of friends, all tried a different dish and a different dessert, and everyone loved it all. I had the Soy Ginger Atlantic Salmon (amazing flavor!!) and my favorite dessert was the Banoffee. Our waitress was attentive and interactive, the restaurant had a nice ambiance, and it was a great experience overall. The only downside is the parking situation, as it is located in a very busy area, but nothing that would stop me from going again. Update: We recently went for our anniversary, and our waitress Jade was amazing! Made our day! ”
“ We made reservations and there was a snafu with that when we arrived. After a few conversations they accommodated us. We were a large party and ordered quite a few items. The pasta and Parmesan chicken were excellent. Brussel sprout app and egg roll app we're both great. The Italian sausage flatbread was ok. The short rib risotto got mixed reviews. The skirt steak was pretty good and the vegs and fries on the side were excellent. Key lime pie and caramel flan both excellent. As was the kind cake. Our server was thee best. I forget her name but she has butterfly nails. We've been to a few CHs in different cities. This one was one of the better visits even though it was packed. ”
“ Nice place to go for a date. Wine tasting is good to do before dining. Food was good as always. I got the Pretzel Crusted Maple Glazed Porkchop. It's thick, moist, and so tender. I added the crispy onions on top so I had a little crunch. ”

“ Cooper’s hawk is our favorite place. The food never disappoints. We do prefer to sit in the dining room rather than the bar, as the atmosphere and service is better there. We loved our server Leslie. We have had her a couple times and she is so genuine and helpful! She informed us that Cooper’s hawk is in all scratch kitchen, so they make everything fresh and it shows. Literally everything on the menu is SO GOOD. My favorite today was the rhubarb wine and the lemon butter cake. I’m saying today because we are literally obsessed with this place and come often. ”

“ We’ve been to the Cooper’s Hawk in Surprise a few times so when we were in Gilbert this weekend we decided to stop in and check it out. From the second we arrived service was so great! Our waitress Deborah was phenomenal. She was fast, efficient, so kind and we never had to ask for a thing. She had everything covered from start to finish. Our table ordered a few things off the brunch menu as well as steaks and jambalaya. Everything came out perfect. Even my picky son enjoyed his food. Who’d of thought mashed potato’s and fries could make someone so giddy ha! Brandyn one of the managers also came over and was so kind dropping off a few glasses of the non alcoholic wine to try. It was very good. They both had the best table side manor. We felt so welcomed. This location is also less crowded or should I say crammed together compared to Surprise. Surprise tables are so close together it’s hard to even walk by without nearly bumping in to others. The vibe is was cozy yet elegant even at noon on a Sunday. Parking was easy in and out of the lot. Great stop. Every employee encountered was wonderful. Thank you for a wonderful experience. ”
